The Femto Was Femtastic
May 9, 2012The Audio Karma Fest was a great show. We received many compliments on the sound including several who thought it was the best of the show. The Femto was fantastic and provide a high resolution foundation for the rest of the system. We changed a few attitudes about class D amps as well. The 500 Mono’s were stunningly fast and transparent.

April 19, 2012The music system for the Audio Karma Fest is starting to shape up. I will be debuting (world first) the newly finished Calyx Femto digital to analog converter. The Femto has a first rate preamp built in which will feed the Calyx 500 Mono amps. The speakers will be The Absolute Sound (T.A.S.) magazine’s Editor’s pick- Studio Electric Monitor. All cables by Analysis Plus including T.A.S.’s speaker cable of the year award winner- Big Silver Oval.

December 20, 2011The Calyx power supply (CLPS) is now in stock.
My first impressions of the new DAC 24/192 power supply upgrade CLPS. I didn’t know it could get this good. Leading edge dynamics, bass power and bass extension are much improved even though I didn’t think it lacked to begin with. A very worthy investment for an already superb component.
